Jennifer Zoschak
She/Her/Hers


Jennifer Zoschak specializes in Family Law, including Divorce, Custody, Alimony, Child Support and Domestic Violence.  She was named the 2019 Professional Lawyer of the Year for Mercer County and was the 2006 recipient of the Mercer County Young Lawyer of the Year Award.

 

Jennifer is the current President-Elect of the Mercer County  Bar Association, and currently Chairs the Social Justice Committee. She previously co-chaired the Family Bench Bar Committee, and served two terms on the MCBA Board of Trustees, one term on the District VII Ethics Committee, and two terms on the New Jersey State Bar Judicial & Prosecutorial Appointment Committee (JPAC). She is a recent recipient of an Equal Justice Award Medal and is a member of the Mercer County Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement Committee.

Jennifer has successfully argued at the Appellate Division of New Jersey, including  Lewis V. Mauss, MacNiven v. MacNiven and E.E. v. J.M.E. She is a regular speaker in Mercer County on Family Law topics.

Rebecca R. Colón

 She/Her/Hers

Rebecca R. Colón (Faulkner) is a Partner at Oswald & Zoschak,  practicing Family Law for over a decade. She regularly handles Domestic Violence cases, Custody matters, Support issues, Appeals and Divorce trials.  She joined Oswald & Zoschak after completing her clerkship for the Honorable Mark J. Fleming, J.S.C. in 2010.
 
Rebecca is currently Secretary of the District VII Fee Arbitration Committee, as well as Chair of the Mercer County Early Settlement Panel Committee.  She is an active member of both the New Jersey State Bar and Mercer County Bar Associations, and is a former member of the District VII Ethics Committee.   Rebecca  is a speaker for the Mercer County Bar Association, focusing  on family law topics.
